By accessing or using vibeanalysis.io ("Service"), operated by Cogny AB ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

vibeanalysis.io provides AI-powered growth analytics for applications built with Lovable and Supabase. Our service allows you to:

• Connect your Supabase database for analytics
• Query your data using natural language via AI chat
• Create and track growth metrics and visualizations
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and engagement patterns

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Database Connections

When connecting your Supabase database:

• You must have proper authorization to connect and access the database
• You are responsible for the data in your connected database
• We only execute READ-ONLY queries on your database for security
• Database credentials are encrypted and stored securely
• You can disconnect your database at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to analyze data you don't have permission to access
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Scrape or extract data from the Service using automated means

6. Data Ownership and Usage

Your Data

You retain all rights to data in your connected databases. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Our Data

We may collect and analyze aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service. This does not include your actual database data.

AI Processing

When you use our AI chat feature, your queries and database metadata may be processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. We do not send your actual database records to AI services, only schema information and query results that you explicitly request.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Cogny AB and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

"Lovable" and "Supabase" are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

8. Payment and Billing

Paid features, if any, are subject to the pricing terms displayed on our website. You agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all fees when due
• Update payment methods as needed

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss in your connected databases
• You use the Service at your own risk

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cogny AB harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are GDPR compliant and operate under Swedish data protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
